Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our dynamic treatment team in St. Louis (Edwardsville), IL. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a talented group of medical professionals to deliver world-class patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures
  • Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
  • Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
  • Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care
  • Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device
  • Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialist/Practitioner and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
  • Out of state travel for training may be required
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to visually assess the clients' skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
  • Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
