We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Anderson Rehabilitation Institute. As a key member of our medical rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, considering the unique needs and requirements of each individual, in accordance with established standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and promote a culture of transparency and respect.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and contribute to the development of patient-centered care plans that prioritize individualized goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, research, and technologies to provide the highest level of care and support to patients and families.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred.
  • IV Certified, with certification obtained within 6 months highly preferred.
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
