Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting field caregiver orientation and continuing education for assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training for field employees and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform skills training and conduct competency evaluations of field staff at assigned service sites
- Provide ongoing training support related to required skills
- Schedule training per assessed needs and notify employees 30 days prior to any expiration dates
- Maintain supplies for all scheduled training and manage records of training activities
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of training efforts and programs
- Ensure employees are comfortable and able to focus on learning and that the employee education process is as positive as possible
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant with current certification
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a facility-based healthcare setting or community home health performing tasks required under the Home Services Agency license within the last five years
- Preferred experience training or mentoring other CNAs
- Knowledge and experience of caregiving responsibilities
- Travel required using company-provided vehicle and must have a good driving record
