About the Job

This LPN role is a critical member of our Internal Medicine team, providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients. As a licensed practical nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Delivers high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with examinations and procedures.
  2. Maintains accurate and detailed patient records, including charts and lab results.
  3. Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  4. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Stays current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
