Certified Medical Assistant

We offer an attractive compensation package of $55,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, three weeks of paid time off, and a regular weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform various clinical tasks, including physical examinations, lab tests, and administrative duties, under the guidance of physicians or mid-level providers.
- Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to phone calls, messages, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect lab specimens, operate diagnostic equipment, and perform routine tests as required.
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited program, with certification in phlebotomy preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience as a medical assistant in a related ambulatory care setting, preferably within a government healthcare environment.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS, with valid licenses to practice in the state of employment.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMRs), and proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Energetic and optimistic demeanor, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
