Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite and evaluate new and renewal business in the Medical Malpractice Professional Liability and Allied Healthcare domains.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to foster business growth.
  • Adhere to underwriting guidelines while exercising discretion in decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with underwriting teams, operations, claims, risk management, and finance departments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Healthcare Underwriting, particularly within the Allied Health industry.
  • Familiarity with national and local filing regulations and guidelines is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, along with an attractive bonus structure. Our benefits package includes a leading 1:1 matched 401(k) contribution, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, and generous paid time off including personal days, sick leave, vacations, and holidays.
