Requirements
  • Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing is preferred.
  • CHPN certification or able to obtain.
  • Three (3) to five (5) year's clinical nursing experience. (Hospice nursing is preferred).
  • Experience with performance improvement, quality assessment, and utilization management.
  • Is self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Has excellent coordination and communication skills.
