Compensation: $35-40/Hr. on W2
Job Overview
The Remediation Project Manager will serve as the principal liaison between clients and Customer Accounts, ensuring effective communication and approval processes regarding resource allocation and scheduling.
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or college is preferred.
- PMI Certification is advantageous.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with a significant amount of phone and email correspondence.
- Experience in the medical device sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills are necessary.
Key Abilities:
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective negotiation and collaboration skills.
Impact and Scope:
- Errors in this role could lead to increased costs and time for the company, along with potential loss of customer accounts.
Key Relationships:
- Collaborate with all colleagues within AdvantEdge, including senior management.
- Engage with contracted field service engineers, project managers, and data entry clerks.
- Interact with customer representatives in hospital management, including but not limited to materials management, biomedical engineering, and clinical departments.
Planning and Decision-Making:
- Assist senior managers with data preparation and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop proposals supported by solid rationale.
- Supervision is available for escalated issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communications and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to ensure coordinated scheduling.
- Develop, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts.
- Oversee resource allocations for account scheduling.
- Co-manage assigned resources, providing necessary work location, schedule, and instructions.
- Continuously manage timelines and resource logistics, including change management.
- Coordinate the return of affected devices to the company as necessary.
- Provide forecasts for Customer Account scheduling targets.
- Document account statuses and maintain quality records.
Program Support:
- Implement various business process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Facilitate training for third-party resources.
- Monitor KPIs associated with resource performance to address underperformance.
- Review and audit documentation, supporting the reconciliation of project records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company procedures.
- Exhibit strong customer-centric communication skills to support project completion with minimal customer impact.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Work environment may vary between office and home settings.
