Job Title: Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store display.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
