About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Accepting hard-to-recycle materials and educating customers about waste reduction and sustainability
  • Promoting and selling products designed to reduce waste and support our Waste Zero mission
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Processing customer transactions and handling cash and credit sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of experience in customer service and/or retail
  • Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge of retail sales operations and industry standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
