At Ulta Beauty, we're looking for a talented and passionate Specialty Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Specialty Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on beauty products and services.

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend and sell beauty products and services that meet customers' needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert advice to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
