Job Title: Customer Service Leader

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a Customer Service Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Work closely with the store management team to ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
