We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Estimator to join our team at PM2CM, Inc.

Pomona, California-based position with hybrid-remote work options

About the Role:

As a key member of our Project Controls team, you will play a crucial role in supporting estimation processes for projects ranging from small to large scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing project scope and cost data
  • Support development of project cost estimates based on historical data and industry benchmarks
  • Collaborate with teams to review and validate cost estimates
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to cost estimates
  • Assist with risk analysis and contingency planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation methodologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project controls, estimating, or a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and analyze project data
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel, estimating software, and project management software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingsness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
