Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist III - Scheduler to join our team at Professional Placement Source.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required for the Terminal Development & Improvement Program. These schedules may incorporate several scenarios used to finalize construction sequencing and contracting plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling multiple, interdependent projects of a large scale ($100m+ in value)
  • Working collaboratively with other elements of the owner's team, including project managers, construction managers, other controls discipline leads, and claims staff to monitor, report on, and negotiate issues on assigned projects
  • Reviewing designer and contractor submitted schedules and performing analysis as needed
Requirements
  • 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5 plus years in direct support of an active construction project
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling for multiple concurrent and interrelated projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and schedule related information in oral and written form to non-expert audiences
Education/Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other related technical field required
