Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a CIO or in a comparable senior IT leadership position, with a proven history of driving digital transformation and innovation.

Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud solutions, data analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and cybersecurity.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Experience in leading extensive technology implementations and managing intricate IT ecosystems.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all organizational levels.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
