Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative primary care team consisting of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Enjoy a supportive work environment with minimal on-call responsibilities, backed by RN triage support.
- Engage in an outpatient practice that caters to patients of all ages, including families.
- Work within a structured schedule, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
- Utilize Excellian, a top-tier electronic health record system, to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients to enhance their overall health and wellness.
- Practice with a focus on cultural sensitivity, individual rights, and legal obligations.
- Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team for effective case management.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to foster continuous enhancements in patient care and outcomes.
- Engage in peer review and quality assurance processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- MD, DO, or equivalent international medical training required.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified with ABMS or AOA.
- Possess an active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota or be eligible to obtain one.
- Maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Meet the necessary criteria for credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work: Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently, adhering to safe patient handling policies.
