Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse with Solutions by Sanford, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and situations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of travel experience preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
