Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
2. Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop and implement project designs.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including all administrative tasks and site activities.
4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
5. Supervise the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
6. Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
7. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Conduct regular inspections and progress meetings on-site.

Qualifications:

12. Knowledge of construction regulations and project management standards.
13. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
