- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with our healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, managing medications, and communicating with patients and their families.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Continuously monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Current RN License: Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
- Experience: One year of prior Registered Nurse experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
