We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our region, providing guidance and support to our team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical support and guidance to our team members, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based services and adherence to best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Behavior Specialists, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Client Services: Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses to inform the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Program Development: Develop and update behavior support and intervention plans using data from Central Reach, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services.
- Client Communication: Provide caregiver training on the implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavioral support plans, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and families.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including the review of treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: BCBA certification required.
- Experience: Experience working in behavioral healthcare or a related industry, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $88,000 - $92,000 per year, with bonus potential up to $100,000+
