- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders to retrieve inventory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a hardware manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with MRP systems, ideally Costpoint.
- Basic understanding of ISO standards, Quality Assurance, and Configuration Management principles.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Electrostatic Display (ESD) and materials protection methods.
