Position Overview

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Relevant prior experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders to retrieve inventory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a hardware manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems, ideally Costpoint.
  • Basic understanding of ISO standards, Quality Assurance, and Configuration Management principles.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Electrostatic Display (ESD) and materials protection methods.
