Job Overview

Position Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Role Summary: This position is responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on various industrial machinery including injection molding machines, automated paint booths, robotic systems, extruder setups, diecasting assembly equipment, and all related support apparatus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and documents tests for water and air quality.
  • Utilizes precision testing and measuring instruments.
  • Handles and properly stores industrial chemicals and lubricants.

Essential Skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • General maintenance knowledge

Employment Type: This is a permanent role.

Work Environment: This position is fully on-site in New Albany, Indiana. The maintenance team is currently operating with limited staff, which may require occasional travel between two nearby facilities. Mileage will be reimbursed for personal vehicle use. The work environment is maintained in a clean state, although temperatures can rise during summer months. This role is situated within the automotive sector.
