About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize maintenance services to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including resident rooms and common areas.
- Develop and implement facility-specific preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and ensure a safe environment.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
