Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled High Speed Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at MoTek Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and verifying high-speed SerDes blocks up to 30Gbps, including CTLE, VGA, driver, and PLLs designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mixed-signal design tools and languages, such as Cadence ADE XL, Layout XL, and AMS. Additionally, they will have experience with advanced technology nodes (40nm, 28nm CMOS) and mixed-signal circuits front-end design and back-end physical design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design low voltage low power high speed SerDes blocks up to 30Gbps
* Work closely with physical design team on custom layout
* Develop and implement advanced mixed-signal design techniques
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets performance and reliability requirements

Requirements:

* MS/PhD in EE
* 8+ years of experience in high speed analog CMOS SerDes circuits design
* Expertise in mixed-signal design tools and languages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
