Job Title:

Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed analog circuits for our optical communication products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed analog circuits for optical communication products
  • Lead efforts for large blocks on complex chips, mentor team members, and track deliverables
  • Participate in peer review of complex IC designs and provide solid design methodology from conception to production
  • Collaborate with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications are met
Requirements:
  • BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent
  • Experience in designing and developing high-speed analog circuits for optical communication products
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to mentor team members and track deliverables
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience with electrical transceiver applications, including backplane and cable communications
  • Experience with FinFET technology
