Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Research businesses that would benefit from our services and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make a combination of sales calls and emails per day to prospective clients, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and update our CRM database, including scheduling calls, updating client records, notes from each call, and appointments set.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as defined by management, including metrics on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Experience: 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable.
- Skills: Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process; customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills; detailed oriented and able to work independently.
