Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and assess rates/quotes for new and existing accounts as directed by Underwriters.
  • Effectively manage a substantial workload while maintaining high standards.
  • Input data for new and renewal business into the management system.
  • Support Underwriters in meeting their production targets.
  • Organize inspections for new and renewal policies.
  • Evaluate inspection reports and prioritize necessary actions.
  • Draft and process various correspondence and endorsements as instructed.
  • Address corrective endorsements when required.
  • Retrieve requested information promptly.
  • Complete necessary documentation and worksheets.
  • Assist management with project-related tasks.
  • Work towards achieving established performance goals.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with telephone systems and various computer applications.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that offers flexible remote work options, with standard working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
