Job Title: After School Sports Site Manager

Elevo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced After School Sports Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our after-school program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the after-school program, ensuring alignment with site-level objectives and expectations.
  • Supervise and train site staff, including coaches and program leaders, to ensure safe and effective program implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Program Manager to ensure site staff are prepared and delivering on program expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, school staff, and parents, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Manage student sign-in and sign-out processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date rosters and student records.
  • Collaborate with Elevo's regional management team to design and implement a site program schedule, ensuring students have access to all program components.
  • Complete daily incident and end-of-day reports to review site-specific program health.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of management experience, with a focus on education, coaching, or child development.
  • Minimum of 48 college credits or AA degree (or equivalent by passing an Instructional Aide Exam).
  • Reliable transportation and proficiency in Google Suites and other tech platforms.
  • Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting) and provide a negative TB Test dated within the last 4 years.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
