Job Summary: The Field Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients within the designated market. This position is pivotal in achieving sales targets and fulfilling client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in consultative selling techniques.

  • Ability to maintain comprehensive reports on sales quotas and potential clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A mechanical background is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience in client interactions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of successful experience in outside sales is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in industrial sales, particularly in rigging, wire rope, construction, or mining sectors.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods, communicate verbally, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Must possess close visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and extensive reading.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $50,000 - $60,000.
  • Commission and branch bonuses.
  • Sign-on and retention bonuses.
