  • Enforce hotel credit policies consistently.
  • Perform all duties of a Front Desk Agent as needed.
  • Complete and verify that all necessary reports and checks are accurately executed.
  • Manage the operations of the PBX console, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork among associates and departments.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Understand and assist with emergency procedures as required.
  • Ensure guests are checked in and out in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Complete all tasks on the shift checklist promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain attentiveness and courtesy towards guests, managers, and fellow associates.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective merchandising strategies.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and planning sessions.
  • Help maintain productivity levels in line with budgetary standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Assist in the training of new hires and current associates regularly.
  • Attend meetings as required by management.
