As an Automotive Sales Associate at Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding and showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our vehicles.

You will greet and guide customers through the sales process, selecting the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and demonstrating its features to enhance the buying experience. Your goal is to close sales while maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, provide information about vehicles, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Vehicle Selection and Demonstration: Select a vehicle that meets the customer's needs using current inventory information and demonstrate its features on the lot.
  • Paperwork Assistance: Assist with necessary paperwork to finalize the sale.
  • Lot Maintenance: Inspect the lot daily, report any problems to management, and source, auction, and trade for pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Team Support: Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have previous automotive sales experience, a clean and valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment and have high energy throughout the sales workday.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
