**Opportunity Overview:**

Veterans Inc. is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services, and we are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in our Women's Residential Rehabilitation Services program.

In this role, you will work directly with patients to provide individual and group counseling sessions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Provide counseling services to patients in our residential rehabilitation program
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient needs
  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
  • Certification in alcohol and drug counseling (LADC I or II preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working in substance abuse treatment/mental health disorders
