High-Achieving Sales Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at IMAGINiT Technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a strong desire to overachieve their professional and financial goals.
About the Role
This role involves managing full sales cycles from researching accounts to closing business, discovering and developing business relationships with prospects and current customers to sell software, services, and other related solutions. You will also be responsible for selling wide and deep into accounts by identifying client needs and opportunities where IMAGINiT products and services will improve client growth and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage entire sales process from prospecting through close, including research, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
- Business Development: Discover, develop, and manage business relationships with prospects and current customers to drive revenue growth.
- Solution Selling: Identify client needs and opportunities where IMAGINiT products and services will improve client growth and productivity.
- Account Strategy: Develop and deliver account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Industry Visibility: Increase IMAGINiT visibility in the industry through networking events, social media, referrals, and other marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
- Track Record: Measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales team targets.
- Hunter Mentality: Proven hunter mentality with a track record of sales success.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to have business conversations at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and CRM usage.
- Sector Experience: Experience selling within the manufacturing sector is a must.

Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary range: $140,000+
