Job Summary

The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to non-critical patients, and maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic nursing care, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide seamless care to our patients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and concepts
  • At least six months of experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $21.00 and $26.76 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The exact starting salary will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
