Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of production staff, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Assist with the supervision of sanitation operations to promote a clean and safe working environment.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Evaluate subordinate performance, communicate with employees, and provide feedback to support work performance improvement.
  • Participate in the support of plant and company safety programs to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Two years+ supervisory experience preferred; previous experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • SAP experience preferred; knowledge of GMPs and plant equipment a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history.
