  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage production staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Resource Management: Ensure availability of necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and human capital, to support production schedules.
  • Safety and Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and participating in safety initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety procedures.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
