Job Summary

Sconza Candy Company is a leading manufacturer of premium chocolate and confectionery products. We are seeking a skilled Production Utility Associate to join our team in Oakdale, California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of tasks to support production operations, including packing, bagging, and wrapping.
  • Load and unload production equipment, and handle ingredients and packing supplies as assigned.
  • Monitor the continuous flow of pans and trays, and palletize finished cases.
  • Maintain a high level of sanitation and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout the plant.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the Shift Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Manufacturing experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with repetitive bending and reaching.
  • Flexibility to work any shift.
  • Attention to detail while loading and unloading pans.
