Butterfly Effects is a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, training, and opportunities in the school, home, and community setting to advance the goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. The Mid-Level Supervisor will collaborate with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans and training opportunities in the school, home, and community setting
- Collaborate with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ABA programs and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Enrollment or acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed)
- 1+ years of ABA experience
- Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
