About Us


Building Connections Behavioral Health, Inc. was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA. Our mission is to increase independence for children with developmental disabilities through Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). We provide a range of services including in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy, early intervention, diagnostic assessments, and parent training.


Responsibilities



  • Create personalized service plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Supervise and train Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Therapists.
  • Conduct regular program monitoring and assessment.
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition and social skills programs.
  • Draft progress reports outlining client strengths and deficits.
  • Travel to client homes and schools to deliver and evaluate therapies.
  • Lead BCBA exam candidate meetings.

Requirements



  • BCBA-D or LMFT certification required.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and HIPPA regulations.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in writing and communication.
  • Reliable transportation for traveling to client locations.
