Job SummaryAs a key member of the MJ Morgan Group team, the Shipping and Receiving Associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, navigating the warehouse to load and unload trucks, move production parts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Use an RF scanner to accurately locate containers and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including sweeping floors and disposing of trash, to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Label containers for shipments and utilize the ERP system (Plex) to print and load containers for timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to maintain a well-organized and efficient shipping area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Forklift Operator's license
