Position: Director of Marketing/Admissions

Are you experienced in healthcare marketing and sales? If you have a passion for assisting seniors and their families in securing optimal care during post-acute stays, the role of Director of Marketing at The Laurels of Hendersonville may be the perfect fit for you.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the facility's occupancy by fostering and nurturing strong relationships with hospitals, physician groups, community organizations, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a vital link between the facility and the surrounding community.

Engage daily with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management firms, and healthcare agencies.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the facility.

Conduct tours of the facility for prospective guests and their families.

Perform admission assessments for potential guests, determining the necessary level of care, services, equipment requirements, and insurance coverage.

Welcome guests and their families upon admission.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or insurance, or equivalent education is preferred.

Experience in managed care or insurance is also preferred.
