The Director of Marketing is responsible for enhancing the facility's occupancy by fostering and nurturing strong relationships with hospitals, physician networks, community organizations, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact between the facility and the broader community.

Engage regularly with potential referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management firms, and healthcare agencies.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the facility.

Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families.

Perform admission assessments for potential residents; evaluate care needs, required services, equipment necessities, and insurance coverage.

Provide a warm welcome to guests and their families upon admission.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, insurance, or related education is preferred.

Experience in managed care or insurance is also preferred.
