Pediatric Psychologist, Integrated Primary Care Specialist

Nemours Children's Health - Delaware is seeking a full-time pediatric psychologist to join our integrated primary care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to children and their families in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
About the RoleThe primary care psychologist will work closely with our pediatric primary care teams at Nemours Children's Health, Pike Creek and Nemours Children's Health, Newark. Our teams are comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, nurses, medical assistants, and a care coordinator who provide team-based care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide culturally responsive behavioral health services to children and their families in a primary care setting.
- Collaborate with our pediatric primary care teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in program development, leadership, advocacy, and community outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives.
- Support the development of a diverse and inclusive team environment.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology program.
- Pre-doctoral internship from an APA-accredited site, and at least one year of postdoctoral experience in a child-focused setting.
- Fully licensed in Delaware or immediately license eligible in Delaware.
