We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in Wilmington, DE. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with moderate to complex health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to pediatric patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with clinical medical providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as triaging patient calls and performing phlebotomy.
- Provide age and developmentally appropriate care to primary care patients.
- Current RN licensure in DE or eligibility for licensure.
- BSN preferred, with a commitment to obtaining BSN within 3 years of hire.
- Pediatric office nurse experience required.
- Phone triage experience preferred.
- BLS certification with the American Heart Association required.
