We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. As a part-time nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
