Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of hire
- 1 year of RN experience in a telemetry setting
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
