Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and integrate diagnostic imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize imaging protocols and patient care
- Provide education and training to radiology and medical physics residents on diagnostic imaging and radiation safety
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives related to radiation dose optimization and image quality improvement
- Master's degree or equivalent in Medical Physics, Physics, or a related discipline
- American Board of Radiology certification in Diagnostic Radiological and Nuclear Medicine Physics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging and radiation safety
- Eligibility to secure an Ohio Certified Radiation Expert certificate
