We are currently seeking a District Sales Manager to join our team.

As a District Sales Manager at White Cap, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing key sales metrics such as sales growth, category penetration, safety, and gross profit percentage goals, while identifying areas for improvement and upcoming projects.
  • Leading, engaging, and motivating your team to focus on high-potential sales opportunities, providing regular feedback to drive accountability and profitable business outcomes.
  • Training and coaching Account Managers in effective sales techniques.
  • Gathering customer feedback on overall company performance and developing strategies for enhancement, sharing insights with leadership to improve customer experiences.
  • Conducting monthly one-on-one accountability reviews with account managers and other team members.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Possessing 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Operating a company or personal vehicle for over 80% of the work week, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 10+ years of industry sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with the local customer base.
  • Strong background in sales management and recruitment.
  • Product knowledge and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Leadership and coaching experience.
