Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering their questions and resolving any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications, and be able to communicate this information to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: Must have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Must have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
