Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for handling the preparation of jobs and providing precision demolition for the removal of structural water damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare jobs for water damage restoration
- Provide precision demolition for the removal of structural water damage
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure high-quality results
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards
Requirements
- 1 year of water mitigation experience
- Knowledge of basic technology
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 4:30 PM with some weekends and on-call night shifts. We offer a competitive wage of $16 - $18/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, vacation pay, sick pay, and competitive bonus incentives.
